Marie and Esben in Portugal, September 2015!

“I escaped from my comfort zone it was very important for me, I met a lot of nice people, I found a lot of inspiration for my life and ideas to implement in my life.”

This was the reaction from one of the participants of “Open Up to Learn”, a training course co-financed by the Erasmus + Programme, that took place in Setúbal, Portugal, from 6th to 13th September 2015.

Marie and Esben from IPC Alumni took part in this training course, and had one work of IPC-style learning and fun together with 22 other young people from Albania, Armenia, Egypt, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Norway

As part of IPC Alumni, you can also participated in these kind of courses. Keep an eye on our website and facebook group – both long-term and short term projects will be posted there, and many more projects are coming up for next year in countries like Denmark, Norway, Poland, Georgia, Bosnia and Portugal!

About the project in Portugal:

The aim of the project was to capacitate the participants with tools and resources that can be used to help youngsters to fight youth unemployment. Through non-formal education methodologies, the project intends to give the participants tools, methods and opportunities to develop competences in the areas of self-awareness, communication, entrepreneurship and healthy behaviors.

IPC Alumni on yet another trip to Portugal!

From 6th to 13th September 2015, IPC Alumni will participate in “Open Up to Learn”, a training course co-financed by the Erasmus + Programme, that will take place in Setúbal, Portugal. It will gather 24 youth workers, youth leaders and people that works with youth from Portugal, Albania, Armenia, Denmark, Egypt, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, UK and Norway. 

The aim of the project is to capacitate the participants with tools and resources that can be used to help youngsters to fight youth unemployment. Through non-formal education methodologies, the project intends to give the participants tools, methods and opportunities to develop competences in the areas of self-awareness, communication, entrepreneurship and healthy behaviors.

IPC Alumni on study trip to Portugal, June 2015!

“It has been an awesome adventure!” This was the immediate reaction of Kristof Bence Szabo, a former IPC student and member of IPC Alumni, when I asked him about his study visit in Setubal, Portugal. Kristof participated in the project “Open Up to See”, a study visit co-financed by the Erasmus + Programme, that took take place in Setúbal, Portugal, from the 29th of June until the 5th of July. The project was organized by IPC Alumnis Portuguese partner organization, Ananda, and gathered 24 youth workers from Portugal, Albania, Armenia, Denmark, Egypt, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, UK and Norway.
