On the 13th of August, IPC Alumni will hold an extraordinary general Assembly to discuss how we should organize ourselves in the future. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

  1. Approval of the agenda
    • election of meeting chair
    • election of minute taker
  2. Presentation of proposed changes to the structure of IPC Alumni
    • Presentation of feedback given by members prior to the meeting
  3. Discussion of proposed changes
  4. Drafting of proposal document

Any changes that will be discussed at the meeting will not yet be put to a vote or decided on. The meeting will hopefully result in a document with recommendations of the extraordinary general assembly.

The discussions will be followed up, and if necessary put to a vote on another extraordinary general assembly later in 2022.
