IPC Reunion Weekend  2016 is coming up! Which also means that the General Assembly for all Alumni members is coming up. This year we will elect 3 new members, who are elected for 2 years, and 2 substitutes,  elected for 1 year. The Alumni Board has put together an overview on what is expected of a board member – and which experiences and skills you can get from being a board member.

Task description:
  • You are elected for 2 years.
  • The board has 4 meetings a year, which you should either attend physically or via Skype (approximately 3 months apart)
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and can collaborate well with others.
  • You will need to invest some time. No one is going to force you to do anything, but running the IPC Alumni is a team-effort!
  • We have several projects ranging from the Reunion Weekend and Summer Camp, to volunteering opportunities or other activities aiming to engage our network of Alumni. You can invest your efforts into some of these or join with your own ideas.
  • You can also contribute with managing finances or information as treasurer or secretary, or you can anchor the overall organisation of the Alumni as Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson.
Privileges:
  • You get free food and accommodation at IPC when attending the board meetings!
  • You keep a close relationship with staff and current students at IPC!
  • You get to go back to IPC for the regular board meetings.
  • Even if you live far away, you get to make a significant difference at IPC and in the world!
We are looking forward to seeing you and hearing from future possible board members!
